The building includes 24,660 square feet of parking on one below-grade level, and a 2,500-square-foot patio overlooking Turtle Creek. Structural concrete was used to frame the building, with the top level framed with structural steel for economy and special shapes. LGV-Orlando installed an extensive, mature landscape to create the appearance that the building had sat on the site for years.
