LGV-Orlando transformed the 1913 landmark into a 21st century corporate office building. LGV-Orlando adapted the 53,000-square-foot historic building and constructed more than 16,000 square feet in a modern glass and steel addition on the west side. The original details were replicated while also incorporating energy-efficient building materials and techniques.
